Code of Ethics
StorHub Code of Ethics promotes the ethical conduct and integrity for accurate, fair and timely reporting of the Company’s financial results and condition, and other information to all stakeholders where all are bound by the Code of Ethics.
- To act with honesty and integrity, avoiding actual or apparent conflict of interest in personal and professional relationships;
- To be prohibited from personally taking advantage of busines opportunities that are discovered through the use of corporate property or information for personal gain or competing against the Company while an employee;
- To provide information within the scope of duties in full, fair, accurate, timely manner to government agencies and Company publications;
- To comply with rules and regulations with foreign and local regulatory agencies including insider trading laws;
- To act in good faith, responsibly, with due care, competence and diligence without misrepresenting material facts or allowing one’s independent judgment to be subordinated.
- To deal fairly with customer’s suppliers, competitors and employees, and not take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of information, misrepresentation of material facts.
- To respect confidentiality of information.
Whistleblower Policy
This Whistleblower Policy establishes procedures for the reporting and handling of knowledge or concerns regarding action or suspected action taken by or within the company that is or may be illegal, fraudulent or in violation of any law, rule, regulation or policy of the company.
A report may be made to the Compliance Officer with no fear of retaliation and investigation pertaining thereto, shall be kept confidential in light of the need to conduct a thorough investigation.
