StorHub Wins ESG Initiative Award at Self Storage Asia Awards 2025

Singapore, November 2025 – StorHub Self Storage is proud to be named the Winner of the ESG Initiative Award (Singapore) at the Self Storage Association Asia Awards 2025, recognising the company’s continued commitment to environmental responsibility, sustainable innovation, and community impact.

As the first self storage company in Southeast Asia to achieve LEED Green Building Certification, StorHub now operates 13 LEED-certified facilities across the region, including six newly awarded LEED Gold properties in 2025. This milestone cements StorHub’s leadership as the self storage provider with the largest portfolio of certified green spaces in APAC.

StorHub’s ongoing ESG achievements include:

• 15 solar PV-enabled sites
• 28 EV chargers across key facilities
• Biodiversity zones, aquaponics systems, and rooftop gardens
• 17% energy-use reduction per m² year-on-year
• A sustainability-linked loan tied directly to ESG performance metrics
